Puddles & Rivers: A Yoga Initiative.

Sometimes life will give you roaring, energetic rivers and at other times it will give you stagnant, dull puddles.

The Yoga practice helps us to see that what is, is purely what it is. There is no good or bad, no right or wrong, that what happens externally is merely a catalyst for internal growth.

Welcome to Puddles & Rivers: A Yoga Initiative.
